FTIR coupled with chemometrics technique has been widely
used to simultaneously evaluate of various properties of food products
[36]. PLS chemometric technique is related with some connection
between the spectral information and an assessable property
for the possibility of founding a calibration. PLS is widely used statistical
practice in which complete or partial spectral regions rather
than single peak can be selected for calibration. It is more helpful in
