Samples were incubated at 30 C in aerobic conditions for 24 h. From
each positive sample were picked five presumptive B. cereus colonies,
transferred onto Trypticase Soy Agar (TSA, Biolife) and
incubated at 37 C for 24 h. Each isolate was submitted to phenotypic
identification and successively confirmed by PCR (Oh et al.,
2012).
