I see that you raised an incident ticket because you are unable to login to the IDM/3 3.5 version. Please note that the users in the Asia region should still use the 3.4 IDM/3 version because the 3.5 version has not been rolled out to the IDM/3 sites in Asia yet. We originally scheduled the roll out for this weekend but due to one error we identified in the application, we had to postpone your site migration to 5th of July.
Can you please let me know for what purpose you would like to use the IDM/3 3.5 version? Are you going to test the new application on the test servers, maybe?
