In most systems for image processing, image
segmentation is a key step. Its task is to distinguish the
various objects in the picture. Segmented image is then used
for object recognition, classification and further processing
VI. The main aim of motion detection is to identify or
define the movement without the bad outcomes that arise
from changes in weather or disturbance signal as accurately
as possible. There are many methods (e.g. convolution,
erosion, thresholding, grayscale, LBP operator VI, etc.)
which, in various ways lead the solution to achieve the aims.
In addition, there is need to use algorithms which should
operate in real-time.
