Responsible for the preparation of annual budgets and plan in cooperation with
all parties concerned.
Responsible for the overall marketing / sales and customer service performance
of the company according to preset company beliefs and directions; and
budgetary guidelines.

Responsible for studying, understanding and organizing the organization
structure of the Marketing / Sales and Customer Service Dept. including their
direct administrative and operational systems. Overseeing/ monitoring /
supporting the finance and accounting and human resources functions which are
outsourced externally. May suggest, request, require or query any actions of
these departments which are considered to be inappropriate, untimely or
outdated for the company.
Responsible for the implementation and development of an effective and
efficient operational structure to enable a system of checks-and-balances and
good management practices to exist.
Responsible for the total human development of the company and
delegate these action plans to the outsourced HR support department.
This may include the creation or abolishment of job positions and / or
reporting structure. Responsible for good working environment within
the resources of the company, both physical and emotional – promotion
of good interpersonal interactions and teamwork between the staff and
also suppliers; customer and the government.
Responsible for improving the inter-departmental cooperation and
integration of the businesses in the company and the group to achieve
synergistic benefits.
Responsible for new business development as well as the expansion of
existing businesses for growth and success.
Responsible for the company cash flow and ultimately the bottom-line as
planned.
