from grape seeds, haws, apples and cacaoshas a higher activity of hydroxide radical scavenging
than tea polyphenols . My doctor dissertation showed
that the pigment extracted from green wheat bran
was also anthocyanin, which indicated that it was
probable to have a strong ability to free radical
scavenging
