Lessons learned
- A journalist, to produce brief exciting, headlined summaries in real time. This is crucial.
- A web design/developer.
- Someone receiving onto his or her PC a live video stream, who can identify and extract the video and audio-bytes.
-An editor for the text content (this person should be BP staff if the event is high profile).
- A team leader responsible for project management, content editor for the website, summarising (and presenting) feedback.
- A live website forms a support for a major event, focused towards the outside world, but can also provide feedback to the event from the rest of BP. This feedback from collective BP needs to be introduced into the forum by somebody giving summaries.
