The other problem is that they have no idea of the geography of Brazania or of the fact that in a country in which many people cannot read or write, the spelling of addresses and even names can sometimes be a little arbitrary. Any local person will know immediately what is meant and would be able to correct it - for instance if you saw a name in England spelled “Glascow”, you would know immediately that it should be “Glasgow”. They will also sometimes tell us that they want all the details of the subscribers in a certain area, but then it turns out that they did not realise that there is a district boundary running down the middle of it, and that it is in fact two areas.
