Responsibilities
To operate the recruitment and selection process follows by the company's policy.
To interview , evaluate candidates.
To monitor and manage subordinates for payroll and welfare process.
To manage training and development.
To manage Employee Relation.
To monitor and manage GA.
Qualifications
Male, Female age between 37 - 45 years .
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration Lawor other related fieid.
At least 7-10 years of experience in Human Resources ( HRM&HRD&GA) function in Manufacturing.
Good knowledge about of thai Law,Payroll,Compensation & Benefits Training , Recruitment and GA
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with people of all levels.
Good command in English (written, Spoken, Listening) and proficiency bin computer program (MS Office).
Strong leadership ability with good interpersonal and communication skills.
