(ii) Serious misconduct made by the Employee which shall include stealing, embezzlement, fraud, threatening behavior, use of abusive language, assault or harassment of any Company staff, customer, supplier or operator, engaging in any propaganda or political activities in the workplace, unlawful demonstrations in the workplace, use of illegal narcotic drugs, drunkenness during working hours, damaging the reputation of the Company, organizing or accepting commissions from suppliers of goods or services to the Company, sexual harassment of Company staff, customers, suppliers or operators, seriously damaging the property of the Company either willfully or through gross negligence, serious or repeated contraventions of this Contract or the Company’s disciplinary, health and safety regulations as may be in force from time to time; or
