LINE FREE COIN TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

The LINE Free Coins terms and conditions of use shown here (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”) set forth the terms between LINE Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and users (hereinafter referred to as the “User” or “Users” depending upon context) of the “LINE Free Coins” service for smartphones (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”), which is provided by the Company.
1. Agreement to Terms and Conditions

All rights related to this application and the Service (including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents and other intellectual property rights) shall be owned by the Company or a third party who has granted license to the Company.
3. Content of Service

This Service grants Users with Coins for using the Service.
4. Granting of Coins

(1) Coins shall be granted to Users upon performance of certain actions (hereinafter referred to as the “Action” or “Actions” depending upon context) pre-determined by the Company or a business operator who has entered into an agreement with the Company (hereinafter referred to as the “Advertiser”).
(2) Conditions for Actions, the number of Coins to be granted and other conditions related to the granting of the Coins will be determined within the Service and notified to Users in advance.
(3) When an Action is cancelled or a condition for granting the Coins is not satisfied, the Company may cancel all or part of the Coins granted.

5. Terms of Use

(1) The Company grants the User the right to use the Service on the condition that the User does not take any action prohibited under LINE’s Terms and Conditions and actions listed below:
