People use different languages and have different communication styles. So people try to adapt to each other, trying to read the atmosphere and adjust to the context, and sometimes resulting in a ‘third culture style’ which both persons are content with. But since when both persons doesn’t know each other that well, they don’t have an already made-up script that they always use, so they both make up the conversation as they go like an ‘improvised performance’.
