as you already opened dispute, we cannot re-send new products, on one hand, we don't recive any return products, on the other hand,there will be another risk if the Post delay the package again. then we will lost double payment+shpping cost on this order. please kindly communicate with your client about this time delay, as we suggested, if package cannot be delivered during the giving time, we will refund the payment.and normally your client will get the package finally if the package not return back to us. Means you client get the package for free.
