Injection was performed in split mode
with a split ratio of 20:1; the injected volume was 0.5 ml. Data
processing was performed using the ChromCard for Windows
(version 1.18) software (Thermo Electro Corp., Milan, Italy). All
analyses were performed in triplicate; the average values and
standard deviations are represented as milligrams per gram of fresh
pulp, raw cocoa beans, or fermented dry cocoa beans.
