Lounge staff called ENG to fix hot and cold water in shower room as informed its nonfunctional as when he put the cold water but after 5 minutes its turn a bit hot. *Around 19.00 hrs ENG called to informed that guest put DND on.As guest still at lounge he accepted to let tecnician to check. *DM got informed by service centre that ENG can not fix it as the source might be from main control from 22 floor and ENG already contact Thamlay Thai to recheck on tomorow. *DM went to check several room on executive level with ENG which he informed the room on lower floor the system of hot and cold water will be more stable. *DM met guest at lounge around 21.35 hrs to show room 1517 which Mr.Guo like to move as same size of room and same view but Ms Wang would like to stay on executive level as its has the Bluetooth alarm clock and sofa is bigger. *After 20 minutes later DM called guest to informed we still check the other room which same view as he prefer so guest informed that he will contact to move tomorrow instaed. *DM prepared 2510 to move on September 2,2016 and ordered apologize amenity to set in new room.
