Only 300 participants will have a chance to pre-register before anyone else for the semester 2/2015 as follows:
1. The first 100 participants who successfully log in
2. The first 100 participants who pre-register all courses exactly like what they register in 1/2015 (same courses but not necessarily the same sections)
3. 100 participants randomly selected from the rest
