Ensures the HR and Administration function job such as Internal Regulation Review, Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions, Etc.
• Responsible for HRD by prepare annual training plan and organize career development programs that related with company business and also increases the employee potential such as planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results, coach and discipline employees, hearing and resolving employee grievances, counseling employees.
• Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program, counseling managers on candidate selection, conducting and analyzing exit interviews, recommending changes.
• Control recruitment task that follow by company standard or Manpower Plan.
• Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
• Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system, keeping past and current records.
• Work with line manager to solve the problem with external department.
• Make good relationship with employee and conduct communication incase new policy is launched.
• Coordinate with warehouse and other department for Safety matter.
• Manage general administration by monitoring all office equipment, building facilities in order to ensure all facilities are working effectively and employees are working under the best office condition.
• Control the administration job for smoothly work with external department.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Report directly to Assistant Managing Director
