We are informed that the a/m consignment under the attached B/L reached Praia on 19.04.2014 on M/V Asiatic Wind V. 1416 , hwr Receivers did not received any preadvice/NOA and it was only today when they made contact with MSC/Portline Local office that they were made aware of the situation.

It is also to be noted that even to date when updating/tracking this consignment on MSC Web site is still not showing date of arrival at destination:

Accordingly we/Receivers must already reject any demurrage beyond the 14 D Free time allowed at dest and hold Carrier responsible for consequences/extra cost, if any, resulting from this situation.
