thanks for your suggestions. I think you are right, all mentors should remind their mentees that they are expected to complete the templates based on real agency information and bring them to the face-to-face meeting.
For my understanding, not all mentees will present all templates in the plenary of the meeting in October as this would be very time consuming. (I think at the preparatory meeting in Hanoi we can decide together if it makes sense to have some of the templates presented to the whole group. The mentor can maybe support his/her mentees with the presentation.) Anyway, all templates will be discussed in group works between mentors, mentees and SME, so participants should be prepared and able to explain these templates and already identify the main problems they had when filling them.
The (sub) project leaders and I have discussed on the Agenda for the Audit Planning Meeting in October, I attach the draft here. We will share this with the participants via the eLearning platform so they are informed in time. You will find some comments still on the sessions for the execution phase and reporting. I left them for those of you who are working to prepare the inputs for these sessions. We will take them out, when sending the Agenda to the participants.
