Lead Accounting process improvement projects within business units and across functions
• Identifies & researches opportunities and best practices to correct current gaps or issues, make process modifications, or to introduce new processes
• Evaluates value and impact of change and prioritize opportunities
• Lead projects by developing effective project plans and managing resources to meet business expectations.
• Facilitate process changes across departmental functions.
• Develops reporting standards and protocols to be employed within the Provider Operational areas.
