Pomegranate consumption usually leaves seeds without any benefits and also increases wastes.This project was studied about types of solvents; periods of soaking pomegranate seeds; and ratios of pomegranate seeds’ weight to solvents’ volume (g/ml). And effect of solvents extraction. The resultsshow that soaking pomegranate seeds in Ethanol solvent for 6 hours at the ratio of 2:5 showed the highest quantity of antioxidant. Moreover, solvents extraction doesn’t have a different level of 0.5 statistically significant, So this result can be used further for doing research and developing nourishing product.
