Pay the common-maintenance fees, insurance premium and other expenses as collected by the Condominium Juristic Person. All the income tax, building tax, stamp duty, transfer fees of water meter and electricity meter, public utilities and other facilities used in the condo-unit or other expenses relevant to the condo-unit, the owner allows the agent to deduct such expenses from the rent payment without having to send advance notice to the owner. All these are for the conveniences of the owner and the condo-unit Management.
