To assist with this vision they are seeking to appoint a Practice Business Manager to join the team and make a positive impact as a leader.
Your new role
Reporting to the Directors/Owners, the role involves managing a small team of administration staff however there are expectations that the right person will provide a positive influence across the whole business. The key responsibilities will involve overseeing and improving the Administration and Workflow Management of the Practice, Strategy, Business Development, HR, Marketing & PR, Project Management and Client Management. You will be encouraged to use your skills to truly impact the business and create efficiencies and structure that will take the business forward.
What you'll need to succeed
The role would suit an 'up and coming' superstar from an administration or HR background that is looking to take their career forward. You will need strong experience working in professional organisations combined with a positive 'can do attitude' and the ability to bring fresh ideas and communicate them effectively. You will have a keen eye for detail, a capacity to lead by example and the desire to help set and implement strategy with leaders. An understanding of how to grow current business and bring in new business is also highly desirable.
