Tips and Techniques
-2-minute Toasted RiceToast rice (regular or sticky) in a pan over medium heat. Move the rice around constantly to prevent burning and achieve even browning. The rice should be dark brown (not burnt) in about 2 minutes. Grind the rice in mortar.
