Lactobacillus bulgaricus NCIM 2056, Lactobacillus plantarum
NCIM 2083, Lactobacillus delbrueckii NCIM 2025, Lactobacillus
acidophilus NCIM 2902 and Lactobacillus casei NCIM 2651 obtained
from National Collection of Industrial Microorganisms (NCIM),
National Chemical Laboratory, Pune India were used in this study.
