We quite upset for this issue as we have communicated to each other for the missing information which need to fill up the payment Form for our side and we have not received the missing message from your side.
Also payment need to be done before loading as your new policy which we didn't get this message earlier.
We also have the payment policy to get the corrected full set of shipping documents to proceed further TT remittances as well.
