3.4. Data set DData set D had on average 54.4% M0s, 34.2% M2, 9.8% M3, and1.7% M4 lesions per scoring event (see Fig. 8). On average 65.6% ofcows in data set D had no signs of chronicity, 15.5% had hyperke-ratosis and 18.9% had proliferation per scoring event (see Fig. 9).Overall trends include an increase in the proportion of cows withM3 lesions and cows with proliferative lesions and a decrease inthe proportion of cows with hyperkeratosis. The prediction for M0lesions is significantly lower than the proportion seen in week 9.The predictions for M2 lesions and hyperkeratosis lesions are sig-nificantly higher than the proportion seen in week 9.
