Role & Responsibilities:
Attend to customers at Suvarnabhumi Airport
Handle general ground operational duties, i.e. check-in, arrival, departure & baggage
To provide excellent Customer Service to SIA Customers by being customer oriented and proficient in procedures and policies.
To handle SIA flight operations covering check-in, arrival, departure, baggage and catering as well as to ensure the safety and security of our customers.
To be able to work closely with airport agencies and lead our service partners in achieving operational efficiency.
To uphold the image of SIA through exemplary conduct and integrity.
To be self-motivated and diligently carry out tasks requested by superiors and to contribute effectively to the team
