At the time of first flower opening, no significant differences in
the crown diameter, flower number per inflorescence, and scape
length were found among plants that were treated with different photoperiods (Table 1). However, the plants had increased height, but decreased leaf and branch number with an increase in
day-length. Among the long day treatments, TDC under 14 h had
no significant morphological differences with 16 h, 18 h, and 20 h
plants, however, it is lower in height and greater in leaf number
than the 24 h plants.
