The five food groups
Food is the important one of four major factors in our life. Food provides nutritional value and the growth of human body. In our body, we need to eat healthy foods and human body needs all the five food groups.
1) Proteins; we can find from milk, meat, eggs, and beans.
2) Carbohydrate; we can find from starch, sugar, rice and taro and potato.
3, 4) Vitamins and Minerals; we can find from vegetables and fruits.
5) Fat; we can find from oils and fats from plants and animals.
Food is needed and important for our body. In the same time water is also very important or the most important to our body. People can leave without eating foods for seven days but can only leave three days without drinking water. In concluding, all the five food groups and water are all good for people health that’s why we need all of them.
