The system proposed in this paper is intended to provide
such functionality for interactive games, whose architecture
has been optimized for gaming environments in which
database is main-memory resident. While not directly
suitable for storing large multimedia data, our system can be
used to facilitate delivery of multimedia content. It saves the
meta-data such as allocation information about multimedia
files. Due to the reason that the gaming data is usually large
and read-only, we pay our attention mainly on improving
reading performance in this paper.
