Given the links are sent through the system, if there are no error reports, and the status is “incomplete” or “invited”, the system will send a reminder email with the link again around a week. I’ve had a few queries that some emails did not receive the link. From a systems standpoint, given the email has already been uploaded in the system, resending the link selectively is not possible.
If you find this problem, as a first measure, please ask to double check the spam inbox and/ or be aware that the receiver is from “John Deere Research ” given many employees may overlook this.
