The temperature of oven was at 100 °C during the first 2 min. Subsequently, the temperature changed from 100 °C
to 250 °C in the next 15 min, and then the temperature was kept at 250 °C in the following 10 min. Peaks of the hydrolysate
of 1 and 2 were detected by comparison with retention times of authentic samples of L-rhamnose (tR 15.084), Dallose
(tR 16.375), L-allose (tR 16.463), and D-apiose (tR 14.207) after being treated simultaneously with the same manner.
