In a center, there are various goals and purposes for monitoring such as
revision of a script, homogenization of quality, improvement in educational
tool, understanding of skills for the purpose of personnel evaluation,
motivation management, increase in sales and so on.We set plural purposes, and contrive check items and the allocation of
evaluation points according to priority. Before everything, in order to
maintain and improve quality, it is also important to check and improve
the state of conversation(conversation quality).
