Regarding the warranty claim as attached file.
I can not accept the below claim items.
1. 27140 1HB0A HEATER CORE Poor Cooling cause HEATER CORE function is to produce the heat not cooling.
2. 27184 1HA1A PINION GEAR
3. 27184 1HA2A SLEEVE
4. 27184 1HA3A SHAFT
5. 27670 1HA0A SW ASSY-FR AIR COND
For items 2-4, this are the first cases to us for this parts warranty claim.
CKM Ans: Yes, this is the first time we have raised to CKThai In previous financial year CKM only burden this cost. In this financial year retrieved from relevant suppliers.
How do you identifying the problem comes from this parts?
CKM Ans: All the claims are received from market based on the End user complaints.
I thought that customer claim to CKM as the HVAC UNIT.
So this parts should be response by CKM cause you assembly the HVAC by yourself.
For item 5 also, I think customer should claim as CONT UNIT ASM.
CKM Ans: We are buying the parts from supplier and assembled as per the process parameters and send to customer .
Beyond that any claims happened we need to analysis the claim parts.
Based on that CKM request to our customer need the Dealer diagnostic report along with claim parts, Please wait a moment.
Please response by CKM too.
If you received the incident parts returned, please share your investigation report to us.
For other parts COMPR, BCM, AUTO CONT and EVAP, if you received the incident parts please return to CKT for investigation too.
