Our target customer is MARUBENI(THL) as Japanese trading company who handle ALUMINUM and COPPER as raw material for UACJ and STEC…
Their current way to import for these commodity are as bellow…
1) Using INV with un-fixed/not final prices just for time of ETA, also with adjust it not be under final prices.
2) If final prices is under above pre-INV…. > They give up to regain overpaid TAX&DUTY
3) If final prices is over above pre-INV… > They correct customs clearance and pay additional TAX
If Thai Customs has some rule which accept cargo release before final permission, with some kinds of guarantee…
They are very interested in this method as for right procedure of this kinds of material trade.
Please make report for this, and if they need we should arrange visiting customs with MARUBENI`s account section.
Also, this method is not useful only MARUBENI, but also many other trader will have interest in this.
