However, it's not just for exercising but continuously for 100 days thinking of working towards anything in particular. If for 100 days you're continuously working towards something, no matter what your goal is, I think, wouldn't you be able to attain it thought about this and wanted to share it with everyone! With this, I decided on my 100 days project and from 1st May, I decided to do 300 sit-ups everyday. Everyone, how about you to decide on a small goal and work towards it for 100 days? After deciding, if you send me a mention of your daily progress, I'll be able to feel proud and happy when I read it!!!
