Some people do not want to remember their past, especially their bad
experiences. But recalling memories, good or bad, is part of learning from life.
We need to journey backward once in a while, to understand our present. Our
past experiences motivate us to do better and face the future with purpose. Happy experiences with friends and loved ones, as well as our hurts and failures, can turn into victories when we learn to treasure them.
