Yes if you get connection with your Service software it is not a problem of the Inverter.
Have you restarted the SNMP Adapter? Is the cable between the UPS and SNMP adapter OK? May be check the plugs.
On the BDT site could you help me a bit please. Is it a 24V or 220V system because I can’t find a charger with the Project number 317 979. Is it another one? I need to check it the exact same Firmware.

From my site it looks quite OK beside the point of the discharge levels are off by factor 10 to high. By our first look we thought it is a 220V system but it looks for me now like a 24V system.
