2.3. Electrochemical measurements
Electrochemical measurements were carried out using a computer-
controlled Potentiostat (CHI 760C, Austin, USA) with a
three-electrode configuration, while photo-electrochemical measurements
were performed with assistance of UV-light illumination
provided by using a UV 100W Immer lamp powered by a
mercury vapor lamp powder source supply (ACE Glass Inc.). The
as-prepared electrode was used as working electrode and a Pt wire
as counter electrode. All potentials used were biased versus Ag/
AgCl electrode (filled with 4.0 M KCl). Unless stated otherwise, all
electrochemical experiments were performed in ambient at room
temperature (25 C).
