The cabinet module and frame combination is shown in Fig. 11 . The netting shown in detail in Fig. 9 b was modeled with truss elements with proper mass, projected areas, and hydrodynamic characteristics of the netting used in the field. In this case, the PE plates (i.e. shelters) were not placed in the cabinets. This decision was made because from the operational perspective, it would have been unlikely that these components would have remained intact, rendering a situation difficult to represent in the Morison equation model.
