Serial dilutions of each vortexed sap beverage were pourplated
onto the different appropriated selective media prior to incubation.
Selective media were incubated aerobically (lactobacilli)
or anaerobically (bifidobacteria) at 37 C for 72 h. Uninoculated
plates and inoculated non-selective medium (MRSc) incubated as
previous were used as control
