We have detected recently a strange anomalous condition on spare part PCBs in MEU-IT stock.
In detail we refer to MXZ-2D42VA2 E3 part, with code E12 W56 451 INVERTER P.C.Board.
We have just detected all our stock (16 pcs) are affected by strange faulty condition.
In detail after replacing them during standard servicing operation, the system do not work. For faulty detail and PCB part lot please refer to the attached presentation.
Actual situation is not so good, we have pending two repairs on field who are waiting for PCB spare part moreover the 16 pcs in stock cannot be used because of faulty condition.
Could you please check internally and give us shortly your comments?
You may understand we are now in hot season and users complain about this situation, we need to receive sharply a new parts lot.
In the meantime, we would ask you to save time and anticipate the repair of the units if we can use temporary on MXZ-2D42VA2 E3 models the PCB spare part code E12 N45 451 of the MXZ-2D42VA2 E2 model.
Is it possible?
Moreover we would anticipate you we start to have also another similar condition with different spare parts in our MEU-IT stock, also in that case the parts are new.
The product involved is MXZ-2D53VA E3 and the INVERTER P.C.Board is part code E12 R33 451.
Actually we do not have concluded our investigation but we received one case from field in which we have replaced the outdoor inverter pcb for compressor low capacity reasons and the new PCB as spare part is giving faulty condition as following reported:
System start (ON) but after 10 minutes, the system STOPS (the LEV is closed) and faulty condition yellow led is 17 times blinking.
We are now detecting some more similar cases on field but we are still investigating.
Frankly speaking we are very worried because we suspect some software problems on spare parts PCB’s.
Could you please discuss internally and check for a general situation?
