These results were compared to standard microtitre plate-based
chemiluminescent assays (Table 1) performed with similar volumes
and times, but under static conditions. The performances
of the present optimized microfluidic assay (6 min, 300 L) were
found to be acceptable, with a lowering of the detection limit of
only one order of magnitude when compared to the standard assay
onto microtitre plate.
