Persuasion is widely defined as any effort to influence or change the belief attitudes, or feelings of another person. The major purpose of persuasion is to influence change. You can learn to be a highly skilled persuader by getting the group's attention and earning its trust. The group will be persuaded more readily if you have personal and professional credibility. The image you convey, your interpersonal skills, and your ability to argue without abrasiveness contribute to being an effective persuader. Negotiation is the highest level of persuasion
