1. Determine the frequency of monitoring implementation.
- If a client designated the frequency, you should adopt the frequency which the client designated.
- If a client did not designate the frequency, you implement monthly in principle.
*Judging by the required time in the trial operation, you should consider the frequency of
monitoring of all agents to the extent that does not influence the profit of TCI.
*You implement monthly preferably, but if it is difficult because of cost, you may implement
bimonthly or every quarter. And you need to feedback to the agents themselves
within the week when you implement the monitoring, in principle.
2. Determine the rules for feedback.
3. Tally the monitoring results, extract the problems of a whole center, and correct them
during the implementation period.
- Tally the evaluation results for each item of a check sheet, and extract the items that
achievement rate is less than __ __ %(the goal of a center).
- Correct according to a problem solving process.
4. Examine the results of monitoring.
- Confirm whether the KPI achievements which are defined by purpose and results meet the
goal or not.
- If the KPI achievements do not meet the goal, you should review the problems according
to the elements of design methods or operational procedures.
- Correct the problems.
5. Determine the rules for calibration between the persons in charge.
- Revise the check sheet as necessary.
