Two weeks ago, I sent you a mail, asking your cooperation to enable Multi Factor Authentication in our portal. Many of you already did, and I’d like to thank you for that. If you haven’t done so, please follow the instructions in the mail I sent earlier to avoid not being able to work from home in a week or two.
A word of advice
The IT team, while monitoring the progress of the Multi Factor Authentication adoption, discovered that some of you use the company land-line (“Lync”) telephone as authentication mechanism. While that may be sufficient for many other purposes where we intend to us Multi Factor Authentication in the future, this might lead to failures when you try to work from home.
