Let us study a little more about the needs of a tourist, staring from the physical needs.
1. Physical needs
Anyone is unhappy when one feels hungry, thirsty, too hot, too cold or having not enough sleep and rest. These are examples of the frustrated physical needs. Even if you do your best to satisfy these needs, your clients perceive the situation ordinary. Only when one of these needs is not met, they focus their attention to the needs of your clients. We would suggest that you check occasionally if they feel comfortable. Thoughtful timing for
“ toilet stop” is a good example of your attention to these needs on a guide tour. Attention to room temperature is another example of your care of these.
