I am apologise for lately to send data support action R60 screw lose, Pls find attached file.
After we discuss with calibration supervisor & technicial about " Torque down problem " we can conclusion this defect as follow : " Torque down problem " can't occurred in process due to Controller & DC Nut Runner cooperation and they can set up torque and angle limit specification so operator can heard alarm noise and see LED showing when tools are operate over or lower limit specification that we set up before , most importance POKAYOKE system what link with torque tools have to protect about " Torque down problem " 100% due to we have socket + sensor for screwing by each point and for each socket we use different torque value also include sensor at socket what link to controller to set up torque value if operator found something wrong in process that make to POKAYOKE system will be detection and do not release part even eletric down as well.
