With the EES software, theoretical condensed water and air conditioning capacity were calculated. Calculated air-conditioning capacity was 2.088kW which is similar to the air-conditioning capacity of real automobiles. The difference between calculated condensed water and collected condensed water was 0.02 g/min which meant the calculated air-conditioning capacity was correct. Furthermore, the set temperature (25 ◦C) and relative humidity (50%) were monitored to check the function of laboratory-scale test bench. Fig. 5 shows the fluctuation of temperature and relative humidity monitored at the evaporator inlet. The set temperature and relative humidity were satisfied within 5% (temperature:±3 ◦C, relative humidity: ±5%).
